If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or submit information through our join form.

• “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any visitor, member, talent, or casting professional using the Platform
• “Content” refers to all text, graphics, images, videos, profiles, or other materials provided by us or by users

BEINGS is specifically designed to promote and support POC, Rainbow, and Disabled talent. By using this platform:

• You acknowledge and support our mission to increase visibility and opportunities for underrepresented talent
• You agree not to engage in discriminatory behavior or harassment of any kind
• You understand that violations of these principles will result in immediate account termination

By submitting your information through our join form:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete
• You agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
• You acknowledge that providing false information may result in the rejection of your application
• You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an application

Prohibited Activities:

• Use of automated systems (e.g., bots) to access or scrape the Platform
• Sharing or misusing proprietary information gained from the Platform
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the Platform

Regarding your talent profile:

• Your profile will be manually reviewed before being published
• You maintain the right to request profile modifications or removal at any time
• You can specify visibility preferences for your profile
• We will notify you of any significant changes to how your profile is displayed or used

When submitting photographs:

• You confirm that you own or have the right to use the photographs
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share, and distribute your content as part of the Platform's services
• You understand that photographs must not exceed 3MB per file
• You agree that submitted photographs must be appropriate and professional in nature

Platform Content:

• All materials created by or licensed to us, including logos, text, graphics, and software, remain our intellectual property
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited

We will:

• Collect personal and usage data, including names, contact information, profiles, and payment data
• Use cookies, analytics tools, and automated tracking to improve our service
• Only use your personal information for:
  • Delivering Platform services and facilitating connections
  • Customizing user experience and improving the Platform
  • Communicating Platform updates and opportunities
• Protect your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Not share your personal information with third parties without your consent
• Respect any privacy preferences indicated in your submission
